Upon receipt of your email, we will send you an update on the number of people who have signed up so far, along with an attached form to be filled out with your personal information (which you must return to us) for preliminary confirmation. The form will also include the general booking and cancellation conditions. Once the minimum number of 8 people is reached, no later than 60 days before departure, we will send you an official confirmation with the contract for the payment of the deposit, which can vary from 20% to 50% of the cost per person depending on the travel program and the days remaining before departure

General Information
Group size: mixed groups are generally composed of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants.
Accommodation: always in private double or single rooms, unless a triple or quadruple room is requested (if available).
Meals: Most breakfasts and some meals are included in the price of the trip. However, some drinks and meals may not be included depending on the proposed program. Please read carefully what is included and not included.
Activities: the trip program includes a variety of activities, including sightseeing, excursions and cultural activities. Please inform us of any physical conditions or motor impediments or pathologies.
Travel insurance: it is recommended to take out travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation and lost luggage.
Visa requirements: citizens of some countries may require a visa to enter the destination country. Please check visa requirements with your embassy or consulate.
Liability: participants are responsible for their own behavior during the trip and are asked to follow the instructions of the tour guide.
Program changes: the trip program is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program upon written notice prior to departure.
